Ohio Statuary Vote

Every 30 years Ohio changes its statuary representations in the nation’s Capitol Building Statuary Hall. Ohio’s current statues are of William Allen 1886 (former Governor of Ohio) and President James A. Garfield. A new Ohio representative will be chosen from a list of historically important Ohioans: James Ashley, Thomas Edison, Ulysses S. Grant, William McCulloch, Jesse Owens, Judith Resnik, Albert Sabin, Harriet Beecher Stowe, Harriet Taylor Upton, Orville and Wilbur Wright.
