 This year, seventeen Cincinnati religious Judicatories will come together

  • to foster a sense of community among all the members of MARCC,
  • share supper, adopt a budget, and elect officers for the coming year, and
  • focus on our “Employment: Job Creation & Training” Concern by hearing from

Dr. Beth Honadle, Professor
University of Cincinnati
Department of Political Science And School of Planning

Dr. Honadle will give a global and national overview as background for her presentation Regional Workforce Development: Research, Policy, and Practice Implications.  This presentation was given by Dr. Honadle at the Ford Foundation meeting on low-wage work, job training, and workforce development policy in New York in July 2009. Your participation is critical.  The more delegates understand about the context of our regional workforce, what job skills are needed and what employment barriers need to be removed the clearer our role will be in how to address our coalition of Judicatories’ Employment concern.
