MARCC Delegates met at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church to discuss and choose MARCC’s Priority Concerns for 2009. Representatives looked at four possible concerns: The Collaborative Plan/Justice Reform, Homelessness/Affordable Housing, Public Education, and Regional Governance, Changing Demographics and Development.
